Rapper Kanye West broke down weeping at his first concert since the death of his mother just a week ago. He was near the end of a performance in Paris Saturday night and was unable to begin his song "Hey Mama."  "This song is dedicated to my mother," he announced, then began sobbing on stage in the spotlight as his band played. "He just cracked," a fan told People magazine.

He finally walked from the stage but reappeared later to sing "Stronger." "He seemed to have gathered himself up, and had a lot of energy," said a Parisian journalist. "He kept shouting out to the audience, 'I need you. I need you right now.' The public was screaming back. It was magic." (More Kanye West stories.)
