Michele Bachmann is broke, out of ideas, and shouldn't expect to win in Iowa, her former campaign manager says. She’s still saying the same things she said in the first the debate," grumbles Ed Rollins, who has been trading barbs with Bachmann since he quit the campaign in early September. "There’s no substance. She says, ‘I’m going to repeal ObamaCare.' But she’s been saying that from Day One. I told her: That’s your Tea Party speech; now you have to say what you’re going to do next."

Rollins says he quit because he didn't want to spend a freezing Iowa winter "fighting with a candidate who wouldn’t listen and had no money," ABC News reports. Bachmann has recently stepped up her efforts in Iowa with the recruitment of scores of "grassroots activists" in the southeast section of the state. A major Tea Party group, however, says it's time for her to drop out. (More Iowa caucuses stories.)
