The rumors are building into a crescendo of little royal foot patters. Now a royal source is insisting to In Touch that, yes, Kate Middleton is pregnant—just six weeks—and that she and her prince are oh-so-relieved to finally get the queen off their backs about having her great-grandbaby. “Since before they even got married, it’s been made clear to William and Kate that having children should be their number-one priority,” says the source. The royal parents-to-be are already planning not one but three royal nurseries—in Nottingham Cottage, in their home in Wales, and another at Kensington Palace. They're also already talking "traditional" names—likely Edward, Philip, and Michael for a boy, or Alice or Rose for a girl, says the source. (More Prince William stories.)
