Katherine Heigl Adopts Again

Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley have adopted their second baby, another girl, Heigl's rep confirms to Us—and that right there is all the information to be had. With no further details available (although the National Enquirer claims the baby is from Louisiana, E! notes), tabs are relying on old quotes about adoption from Heigl, who adopted daughter Naleigh from South Korea in 2009.
