Woman Throws Gasoline on Man After He Takes Her Bus Seat

It's 5:30am on a Monday. You get on your morning bus, but a man is sitting in the seat you prefer. Do you: a) Ask him to move? b) Sit elsewhere? or c) Take a bottle of gasoline out of your purse and throw it all over him? A woman in Kansas City today chose option C, the Wichita Eagle reports. Local bus authorities say she also took out a match, though police say they aren't aware of that. Fortunately, other passengers—some of whom were also doused in the gasoline—rushed at the woman and restrained her. No fire was lit, and no one was injured. The woman was taken to hospital by police after she complained of stomach pains, but the cops plan to charge her with six counts of assault. (Read more Kansas City stories.)
