Those attending the Sochi Olympics in February should be careful what they pack. Officials have unveiled a list of banned items, and it's full of some rather odd selections. Among them, via Mashable:

  1. You won't be able to bring in antifreeze or brake fluid.
  2. All your meteorological gear will have to stay at home.

  1. Want a hot drink? Sorry, no Thermoses.
  2. You're at the Games already, so you won't need a TV.
  3. Forget anything that's emblazoned with a brand name.
Head to Mashable for the full list. In other pretty strange Olympic news, doing 30 squats in two minutes will get you a free Moscow subway ride. (More Olympics stories.)
