A male massage therapist is suing Kevin Spacey for alleged sexual battery, and the case could have criminal implications for the fallen actor. The masseur alleges that Spacey forced him to touch the actor's genitals, tried to force a kiss, and even blocked the masseur from leaving the room "with his naked body," per the lawsuit quoted at Deadline. Read the lawsuit in full here. The entertainment website notes that the alleged encounter took place in 2016, which, unlike many of the other allegations against Spacey, is still within the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution. The unnamed masseur says he has informed the LAPD of his complaint, but the department has not confirmed, per the Guardian.

"Spacey's conduct was extreme and outrageous" says the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this week. "Spacey acted with reckless disregard for plaintiff’s rights and feelings, and with deliberate indifference to the certainty that plaintiff would suffer emotional distress." It alleges sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. Spacey already is the focus of multiple police investigations in both the US and the UK. (At least one high-profile actress is defending him.)
