(Newser) – Drake is averaging more than one top-10 hit per month in 2018, and his remarkable roll just allowed him to surpass a long-standing milestone of the Beatles. Drake just notched his 12th top 10 in a single year, beating the 11 put up by the Beatles in 1964, reports Billboard. For the record-breaking song, Drake had a little help—the song is "Bad Bunny" by MIA, but Drake is featured on it. The Beatles retain bragging rights in one respect: They had six No. 1 hits in 1964, the most ever, while Drake has managed three so far. "He's inescapable," Charles Holmes of Rolling Stone writes of Drake. He "is so dominant right now that at his current level he only has two competitors: pop music's past and the record breakers of the future." (Listen to his hits, but don't be tempted to partake in this Drake-induced dance challenge.)
