Cuba Gooding Jr. has been charged after a woman said he groped her at a New York bar Sunday night. The actor agreed to be questioned by police Thursday, CNN reports, and was charged with forcible touching, which is a misdemeanor. He was led out of the station in handcuffs and was to be arraigned later Thursday.

His accuser said Gooding touched her breast, which led to an argument. She left the bar and called 911. Gooding's lawyer said Thursday that the actor will plead not guilty and that he expects him to be cleared of wrongdoing. (More here.)
