(Newser) – Carlos Sastre won the Tour de France today with a 58-second lead over the second-place finisher, the BBC reports. The 33-year-old is the third Spaniard in a row to win the race. "It's very moving," Sastre said after his first victory in the Tour. "I've dreamt of this since I was a child."   (Read more Tour de France stories.)
