(Newser) – After hearing both parties in a heated custody battle, a judge ordered the case suspended until Chicago linebacker Brian Urlacher and his wife, former exotic dancer Tyna Robertson, both take parenting classes. Robertson had accused Urlacher of scheduling their son Kennedy's visits at difficult times for her.

Urlacher, in turn, contended that Robertson was erratic in bringing the child to designated rendezvous places. He and his ex-lover are now rarely on speaking terms. Said Robertson: "Based on his actions, he's not a good role model, and I pray that he changes." (Read more NFL stories.)
