Those Hilton sisters are tougher than they look. Nicky was at a West Hollywood IHOP at 5am Saturday when she was shoved by a homeless man—whom the socialite promptly placed under citizen’s arrest, Us reports. A deputy who happened to be at IHOP helped out, and the man was booked on a misdemeanor battery charge. He is due in court April 21.
