Twitter Coming Soon to a TV Near You

It was only a matter of time before Web 2.0 phenom Twitter found a way to infiltrate television. The social networking site is partnering with a production company to develop an unscripted show described as “putting ordinary people on the trail of celebrities in a revolutionary competitive format,” Variety reports. “We’ve found a compelling way to bring the immediacy of Twitter to life on TV,” said one production exec.
