Jon's Not Engaged ... or Maybe Secretly Engaged

Reports of Jon Gosselin’s engagement to galpal Hailey Glassman “are absolutely 100% false,” a Gosselin friend tells Us. But wait! “They’re engaged but nobody is allowed to say. They’ve been warned to keep it secret,” a source—this one friends with the jeweler from whom they apparently bought a ring Sunday—tells E! Elsewhere:

• Jessica Simpson “was really blindsided” by her break-up with Tony Romo, a family friend tells People. “She’s sad, mad, and confused. Her emotions are all over the place.” Even so, don’t expect her to go running back to ex Nick Lachey, also newly single: “Jessica has no respect for him. There is way too much bad blood between Nick and (father) Joe for Jessica to even think about it,” says another source.
• Orlando Bloom’s Los Angeles Home was broken into yesterday, and law enforcement sources tell TMZ it does not look like “a typical burglary.” About $500,000 in jewelry was stolen.
