NYC Pad With Living Room Pool: $11M
A screen grab from Wall Street Journal video of the pool.   (WSJ video)

Want a pool in your living room—but can’t bear to leave the Big Apple? You’re in luck: Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood is home to a townhouse with a 15- by 30-foot pool inside. It was listed earlier this year for $11 million. “This is definitely a trophy, bragging-rights property,” says its owner. Of course, cleaning the house can be tough, particularly when you’re an antiques collector. “Sometimes I get in the boat” in the pool to clean the artifacts, she notes. Head to the Wall Street Journal for some truly only-in-New-York video. (More New York City stories.)
