The Pennsylvania bar where Ryan Dunn spent four hours drinking before the crash that killed him and his passenger won't be facing charges, police have decided. The Jackass star—whose blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit when he crashed his Porsche—did not appear intoxicated while at Barnaby's of America, investigators who have reviewed surveillance footage and spoken to bar staff tell the AP.

Dunn, who was served two beers and six shots by the bar's employees, "spoke clearly. He walked clearly. He came in hop, skip, jumping. He left hop, skip, jumping," the bar's manager says. "If these results are true, I'm shocked at it. We were very confident that he had not had that much." Police say Dunn didn't eat anything while he was drinking and was given his final few drinks by fans at a table in the back of the bar—which they believe pushed him over the edge. No "drugs of abuse" were found in his system; tests that would reveal whether he had taken prescription drugs are still pending. (More Ryan Dunn stories.)
