The ex-girlfriend of Glee star Mark Salling says he forced her to have sex without a condom, and now she's suing him for sexual battery. Roxanne Gorzela says in her lawsuit that she started dating Salling in September 2010, and that by March 2011 she had agreed to sexual intercourse—with a condom. But Salling allegedly "insert[ed] his penis into [her] vagina without a condom" anyway, the lawsuit claims, according to TMZ. He allegedly pulled out after her protests, but then started up again.

A month later, when Gorzela confronted him at his house, she found him in bed with someone else, she claims. When she demanded proof Salling was STD-free, the lawsuit claims he pushed her to the ground and injured her knees. E! adds that he also allegedly injured her head, according to the lawsuit. She filed a police report the next day. Salling's publicist tells TMZ the allegations are false, calling the whole thing a "textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success." (More Mark Salling stories.)
