Lindsay Lohan struck a plea deal in her lying-to-police case today, and was sentenced to two years' probation, including 90 days in a locked rehab facility, 30 days of community labor, and 18 months of psychological counseling, TMZ reports. The sentence also includes a mandatory five days in jail, but it will be folded into the rehab time, so she managed to avoid getting put behind bars again. The judge asked her to take the terms of her probation seriously, and offered her some advice. "A suggestion: Don't drive," he said. "You're in New York, you don't need to drive."

Lohan arrived to court 48 minutes late ... and was glitterbombed on her way in. She boarded and then ran off of her original flight last night because she thought it wasn't safe, and decided to take a private jet this morning instead; that plane was then delayed. Another amusing tidbit: Six sheriff's deputies escorted her to the bathroom about a half-hour after she arrived at court. Lohan could still end up in jail: She admitted to violating her previous probation and was sentenced to 180 days, but that sentence was stayed and she won't have to serve it as long as she obeys all laws.
