LiLo Going Back to Jail for 'Lying to Police'

Lohan claimed she wasn't driving when the car hit an 18-wheeler in Santa Monica, but authorities aren't buying it—and it's illegal to lie to the cops. Sources say police will arrest her when the case gets to an LA judge, who will likely revoke Lindsay's probation from that jewelry heist case.
