6 Ex-Couples Who Still Aren't Officially Divorced

It took Ashton Kutcher more than a year after their split to finally file for divorce from Demi Moore, and almost five months later, they're still officially married. Their latest hangup? An eight-figure venture capital fund co-founded by Kutcher. E! rounds up five more ex-couples who aren't, technically, exes quite yet:

• David Arquette filed for divorce from Courteney Cox in June 2012, almost two years after they announced their separation. Almost one year later, still no official divorce.
• Despite the contentiousness over Heidi Klum's relationship with "the help," there has been no advancement in her divorce from Seal for more than a year.

• Based on court documents, a settlement could currently be in the works—but as of now, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli are still married, more than a year after announcing their impending divorce.
