Thought you'd heard the last of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino now that Jersey Shore is over? Think again. He's making headlines thanks to a brawl at, where else, a tanning salon yesterday. He and his brother co-own Boca Tanning Salon in Middletown, NJ, and law enforcement sources say police were called there over a fist fight between the siblings. It apparently stemmed from financial problems the salon is having—employees filed a police report last week when their paychecks bounced.

"My brother Frank ... was not running the store correctly, so I had to go in there and clean house, in more ways than one," Sorrentino told TMZ. E! notes that the brothers have been publicly feuding on Twitter, and claims that The Sitch fired his brother from the salon. The reality star was booked for simple assault. Could it all be a publicity stunt? The New York Daily News reports that Mike, Frank, their other brother and sister, and their mom star in The Sorrentinos, premiering July 15 on the TV Guide Network ... and the reality show is about the family opening the tanning salon.
