Cuba Gooding Jr. to Divorce High School Sweetheart

Cuba Gooding Jr. has filed to divorce wife Sara Kapfer after more than 22 years of marriage. TMZ reports the filing is a years-later response to Kapfer's own 2014 filing for legal separation. People reports that the two were high school sweethearts; they married in 1994 and have three children. Gooding is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their one minor child, a 10-year-old daughter, and he is willing to pay spousal support, though he wants to keep all his earnings from after the date Kapfer filed to separate. That would include earnings from his stint as OJ Simpson.
