KFC has been casting unexpected actors to fill Colonel Sanders' white suit since 2015, and its most recent spokesperson may be its strangest choice yet. MSN reports the new Colonel is none other than Henry Hill himself, Ray Liotta. The Goodfellas actor appears in a recent spot hawking two varieties of fried chicken.

Paste calls his take on the role "interesting": "He seems to be rocking some kind of schizophrenic, dual personality angle." Liotta follows the likes of Rob Riggle, Billy Zane, and Jim Gaffigan, and Paste puts him near the top of its ranking of the actors to have portrayed the famed chicken-seller. Darrell Hammond takes the top spot. This actor donned the suit, too. (More KFC stories.)
