Remember the infamous voicemail Alec Baldwin left his then 11-year-old daughter back in 2007, the one in which he calls her a "thoughtless little pig?" Well Ireland Baldwin got a little revenge by participating in the Comedy Central roast of her father, which airs Sunday night. You can watch her appearance here. Some highlights, via People and the Daily Beast:

  • “It’s good to be here," said Ireland. "I almost didn’t know about it because I haven’t checked my voicemails from my dad for the last, like, 12 years?”
  • She said she had much in common with other roasters such as Robert De Niro because “like them, I don’t really know you that well either.”
  • “A lot of people know my dad as that guy from the Mission: Impossible movies or that guy from 30 Rock. I know him as that guy from like, half of my birthday parties?”
  • “It’s not easy to be the daughter of an iconic movie star. But I’m not here to talk about my mom and her Oscar.” The reference is to Alec Baldwin's ex, Kim Basinger.
(For the record, Ireland has previously said the voicemail was no big deal.)
