Tiger Wins Memorial With Late Charge
Tiger Woods celebrates after chipping in for eagle on the 11th hole during the final round of the Memorial golf tournament Sunday, June 7, 2009 in Dublin, Ohio.    (Jay LaPrete)

Tiger Woods has won the Memorial, breaking out of a four-way tie with birdies on his last two holes for a 7-under 65 and a one-shot victory in his final tournament before the US Open. Overcoming a four-shot deficit, he took the lead with a 9-foot birdie on the 17th, then wrapped up his second victory this year with a 7-iron that stopped a foot from the hole for a tap-in birdie.  (More Tiger Woods stories.)
