Charlie Sheen may still be partying hard in LA, but his reps are pounding the pavement in New York for video evidence of his epic bender last week. Sheen's people are worried that security cameras in the Plaza Hotel's restaurant and elevators could've caught some of his crazy behavior, but those at least will be grainy black and white video without sound. More worrisome is Sheen's phone, which went missing in the chaos of the night and could have much more vivid, and incriminating video, audio, and text.

"The reason everyone is so concerned about Charlie's phone is it contains text messages, phone numbers and could even contain damaging video and audio," a Sheen source tells PopEater. "If any audio surfaces of Charlie using the N-word or ranting like Mel Gibson, everything changes. It's easy for CBS to turn a blind eye and carry on as if nothing happened at the moment, but the second hard evidence is produced, Charlie is sunk."
