The 2013 New York City mayoral race just got very, very interesting: If Alec Baldwin does indeed run, younger and arguably much weirder brother Stephen may just run against him. He said as much in a recent interview with conservative talk show host Alex Jones picked up by Gothamist. "If it looks like Alec is going to run for mayor for sure, and it looks like he's getting some traction, you and I will circle back, you have to help me raise the money, and maybe we'll go head to head with big brother,” said the younger Baldwin, a born-again Christian.

He admits, however, “Alec probably has an edge on me in NY.” But that’s OK because “New York is a funky place, brother,” Stephen says. “It's got a lot of people, lot of opinions, it's a melting pot, they're from all over, and they want what they want. It ain't easy being Stevie B in NYC." In case you missed it last year, click here for Stephen’s bizarre campaign asking fans to donate money to “restore” him. (More Alec Baldwin stories.)
