Like a scorned ex-lover purging pics from a Facebook page, the NBA no longer has any player photos on its website. With the players union and owners one day into a lockout, the league can't profit from images of its stars, explains Gizmodo. NBA.com now features images only of retired players, and the league can't even contact active players without incurring a $1 million fine. Suddenly everyone involved in the NFL lockout looks like big softies. (More NBA stories.)
