Tiger Woods hasn't won a major in four years, but he's in contention to change that this weekend. Heading into the final two rounds, Woods shares the lead at 1-under with Jim Furyk and David Toms, notes the Golf Channel. It would be his 15th major if he can pull it off. Prefer an underdog? Try 17-year-old Beau Hossler, who is only 4 shots off the lead. In fact, the US amateur, still in braces, actually led for a spell yesterday, notes AP. (More US Open Golf stories.)
