It's a rite of passage surely familiar to anyone who remembers young love: You're swept off your feet by a young man so you … buy a mansion across the street from one owned by his family in Cape Cod. Yep, Taylor Swift, 22, is apparently planning to keep cozying up to Conor Kennedy, 18, because she bought a house just across from grandma Ethel Kennedy's abode in Hyannis Port last week, a realtor confirms to People.

"It's in a beautiful location and right across the street from Conor and the Kennedys," the realtor says of the 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home that overlooks the Nantucket Sound. "It's a beautiful home. She got a nice home, paid fair price." Rumor has it that "fair price" was $4.9 million, though the property was originally listed as long as four years ago for $14 million.
