Price also had nine assists as UConn extended its winning streak to eight games at the expense of the Irish’s own run of five straight victories. Luke Harangody had a career-high 32 points for the Fighting Irish, reports the Hartford Courant. The win brings Connecticut’s Big East record to 8-3, which is good for a share of third place alongside Notre Dame. Georgetown leads the conference with a 10-2 mark. The Huskies trailed for much of the game but tough defense and smart play from Price gave them the lead for good with under four minutes remaining.
