Country singer Randy Rogers announced sad news to his fans today: His newborn daughter, Rumer Rain, died last night just six days after her birth, reports the New York Post. Rogers fronts the Randy Rogers Band, whose Kiss Me In The Dark is one of its big hits. “Rumer passed away last night,” Rogers wrote. “She died after a week-long battle with a very rare condition. She died in our arms and in no pain. She was absolutely beautiful in every way. Her brain however was very sick.” He and wife Chelsea have another daughter, River Rose, who was born in 2013.
