A Philippine official says a private plane carrying Chris Brown has taken off from Manila's airport after a legal complaint stranded the singer for three days. A civil aviation authority rep says the plane left around 9:30pm local time today en route to Hong Kong. Brown performed at a packed concert in Manila on Tuesday, but required an emigration clearance to leave the country because a fraud complaint had been filed against him. After he obtained the certificate, he sat through a three-hour delay at the airport. He has a scheduled concert in Macau tonight. (Read more Chris Brown stories.)
