Friends Reunion Finally Happening ... Maybe

It's finally (maybe) happening: All six Friends stars are reuniting (possibly). Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, and David Schwimmer will all participate in an upcoming 2-hour NBC special honoring "veteran sitcom director" James Burrows and the 1,000 TV episodes he's directed, 15 of them Friends episodes, TVLine reports. But, as BuzzFeed notes, it may not be exactly a reunion.

"I’m hoping all six of them will be all in the same room at the same time, but I’m not sure if we can logistically pull that off," NBC’s chair of entertainment said Wednesday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in California. The special airs Feb. 21, and the casts of other sitcoms, including Taxi, Cheers, Frasier, and Will & Grace, are also expected to be reunited. (More Friends stories.)
