Pete Davidson set off a wave of concern Saturday after posting "I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore" on Instagram. Hours later, the Saturday Night Live star made a very brief live appearance on the show's holiday episode, introducing the musical guests: Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson. Vanity Fair notes that intro was ahead of Cyrus and Ronson's second song, meaning Davidson's appearance came nearly at the end of the episode. People reports he also briefly appeared in a pre-taped sketch in which cast members played celebs (Davidson impersonated Rami Malek) declining the Oscar-host gig.
