Taylor Swift was on "some pretty hardcore pills" when she nearly cried over a banana. And there's footage to prove it, thanks to Jimmy Fallon and Swift's own mother. "Your mom may or may not have videotaped you after [Lasik eye] surgery. And she gave us the video," Fallon told Swift Thursday on the Tonight Show. The short clip that followed showed Swift, wearing goggles, pulling a banana from a bunch, then pouting.
"It wasn't the one I wanted," she whines, close to tears, as her mom tries to soothe her, per People. "It doesn't have a head." She's next seen eating her preferred banana while lying in bed. "Don't fall asleep eating the banana!" her mom warns. "I'm not asleep. My mind is alive," Swift responds. "Tell your mom thanks again for that," Fallon told the singer afterward.
