"Gossip Girl" producers are planning a spin-off series set at a girls' boarding school, Reuters reports. The CW drama’s Taylor Momsen or a new character to be introduced into the series this fall will likely land the leading role of the spin-off, inspired by the novel The It Girl, about an outsider who reinvents herself as the popular girl.
