Louisiana prosecutors have agreed to drop all charges against Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright for a July barroom brawl the two allegedly got into while filming Oliver Stone’s W. Brolin and Wright, along with five members of the film’s crew, faced misdemeanor charges from the fight, People reports.

Although in the clear, Brolin remains combative: at the New York Film Critics Awards dinner last night he told the crowd that fellow Milk star Sean Penn was “quite an actor, and not an a-hole like Russell Crowe.” Brolin also slammed NY Times theater critic Ben Brantley, who reviewed him in Sam Shepard’s True West: “I hate that mother******,” he said. “And I don’t think he’s a good writer.”
