License to Wed star Mandy Moore can start looking for a real one, reports People. The star's publicist has confirmed that she and alt-country singer Ryan Adams are engaged. The musical pair have been dating on and off since early last year. They parted when Moore reunited with ex-boyfriend DJ AM after his plane crash, but got back together in recent weeks.
