The New York City Medical Examiner today closed the sad final chapter in the life of DJ AM, ruling his death accidental. Cause of death is listed as "acute intoxication" due to the combination of cocaine, oxycodone, Vicodin, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl, and Levamisole. (More DJ AM stories.)
