Bristol Palin's consistent victories on Dancing With the Stars despite some less-than-stellar performances causes Benjy Sarlin at the Daily Beast to wonder: "Is a right-wing conspiracy afoot, designed to keep Sarah's daughter on prime time?" Bristol has consistently beaten celebrities with higher marks than her, Sarlin notes, suspecting that supporters from the publicity-hungry Sarah Palin camp have been skewing the results.

Conservative author and prominent Sarah Palin supporter Tammy Bruce has been doing her best to get out the vote for Bristol, Sarlin observes. "Operation Bristol waltzes in tonight! As #DWTS starts vote at abc.go.com Tweeps pls tweet phone info, will RT," Bruce tweeted to her 14,000 followers last Monday. "Operation Bristol" has been posted and re-posted by websites like Conservatives4Palin and us4Palin.
