The top envoys from almost all of America’s 260 diplomatic posts will gather today for the first-ever such meeting, the AP reports. Though the meeting has been called to discuss foreign policy in 2011, Clinton will also get one-on-one updates from envoys to front-line states, and officials also assume WikiLeaks will be discussed.
