Beyonce is apparently a pretty cool boss: She took a break while performing "Single Ladies" in St. Louis on Saturday night so that one of her backup dancers could propose to another, Time reports. Dance captain Ashley Everett posted about the moment on Instagram, writing that it was a "dream come true" when dancer John Silver asked her to marry him. Silver explained, before getting down on one knee, that he wanted to propose marriage in his hometown. The audience loved it, and Everett jumped right back into "Single Ladies" once Silver had officially put a ring on it. (More Beyonce stories.)
