The California beauty who lost the state pageant to Carrie Prejean is eying the tiara, TMZ reports. Prejean’s” beliefs are not what is in question, but her contractual obligations to the Miss California USA program,” Tami Farrell wrote officials, alluding to semi-nude shots of Prejean that may violate pageant rules. Farrell offered to refocus attention on “more positive aspects of the program.” (More Miss California stories.)
