The Washington State Cougars rode the late-surging performance of Derick Low and Kyle Weaver to an 86-74 comeback victory over the Boise State Broncos last night. Trailing 32-26 at halftime, the ninth-ranked Cougars outscored the Broncos 33-12 in the first 8 1/2 minutes of the second half, reports AP.

Low scored two of his 26 points in the first half, and nailed all seven of his free throws. Weaver added another 19 points, and Taylor Rochestie contributed seven rebounds and seven assists for Washington State. For the Broncos, Anthony Thomas put up 18 points, and Reggie Larry and Matt Nelson each had 10 rebounds. (More NCAA basketball stories.)
